Have fun and don't have a heart attack on the field.
There are no contracts or bonuses on the line and most of us have to go to work on Monday so always choose safe play.
If you want to be treated as adults by the league and referees, please behave like adults.
We encourage players to bring kids and family members to games so please watch your language.
This league is a good way for coaches to learn the game from the inside out. Keep the game in perspective just like you tell your kids.
