Yes. As of Monday, April 20th, 2020, the GSA Spring 2020 is officially cancelled.
Yes. Those that paid with a credit/debit card will have their fees refunded to that card. Any that paid by check or cash will have a refund check mail to the primary account holder's address.
Unfortunately, no. We are in the process of moving to a new registration platform (yes...again) and we have no mechanism to transfer family balances from one site to the other.
Not yet. Until we know for sure if the COVID-19 virus can be transferred via clothing it is unsafe for our staff to accept uniform returns. In the event that the CDC reports that it is safe to handle potentially exposed clothing, we would only accept returns on unworn shorts, unworn jerseys, and socks still in their original packaging if you have a receipt from the spring 2020 walk-in events.

Registration for the Fall 2020 season will begin on May 18, 2020. There will be a $5 early bird discount on youth registrations in the month of May. The regular registration period will run from June 1, 2020 through July 4, 2020. Late registration ($20 late fee added) will run from July 5, 2020 through July 19, 2020. Any registration received after July 19 will go to the waitlist.
At this time we do not know how the park closures will impact the summer camps planned at Headley this year. If you have signed up for the Challenger Camp, or the Central Ohio Elite Camp, please follow up with them directly as these camps are not operated by GSA.
