All coaches, team administrators, team moms, adult referees and anyone else who routinely interacts with players must register with the Ohio South Risk Management Program. Please read this entire page prior to making a decision on how you wish to register. You should also refer to the Risk Management page at OSYSA for more complete information.

The Risk Management registration process is now included as part of your coach registration. There are no longer paper forms available for this process. After registering as a coach with GSA, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the risk management background check as well as other required training.
